Circular Economy HotSpot Catalonia 2021

Clic Recycle had the privilege of attending the CEHotspotCAT edition where we heard speakers present on circular economics relevant for the different sectors involved. The goal of this project is to engage and teach companies about large-scale foundational policies and projects for sustainable change.

Definitely a great addition to Barcelona for this edition. 

Based in Barcelona, ​​Circular Economy Hotspot Catalonia combined guided visits to local businesses and presentations that explore the most pressing problems and solutions; making this the place to discover business initiatives, R&D projects, government strategies, and collaborations that drive the circular economy in Europe. 

The guided tours were structured around the following:

Agri-food, Fashion and Textile, Energy, Mobility, Building, Packaging, Water Cycle, Chemistry, and Public Initiatives

Click recycle contributed its "Cork Challenge," the cork recycling program was in the Agri-food sector.
